Dowontec offers free shipping on all orders — no minimum order value, no hidden delivery fees. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay, delivery included.

Delivery Times

After telephone confirmation of your order, we dispatch within 24 hours via trusted local courier partners. Delivery typically arrives within:

24–48 working hours for most European destinations
Working hours exclude weekends and public holidays
You will receive an SMS with a tracking number once your order is dispatched

Delivery times are estimates based on standard courier performance. Occasional delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions or local logistics factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS with a tracking link. You can monitor your delivery in real time through the courier's tracking system.

Cash on Delivery

All our deliveries use cash on delivery (COD) as the standard payment method. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives at your door. No prepayment is ever required.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification and attempt redelivery. Please ensure your phone number is correct so we can coordinate delivery with you.

Lost or Damaged Orders
