Shipping Policy

1Delivery times

Deliveries are made within 24–48 working hours after telephone confirmation of the order. For minor islands and remote areas, delivery may take up to 3–5 working days.

2Shipping costs

Shipping is completely free on all orders, anywhere in our 18 served European countries, with no minimum order value.

3Partner couriers

We work with the most reliable European couriers:

• BRT (Bartolini)
• GLS
• DHL
• DPD
• Royal Mail (UK)
• InPost

The courier is chosen based on the delivery zone and communicated to the customer.

4Order tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with the tracking number, so you can follow the shipment in real time on the courier’s website.

5Cash on delivery

Payment is made in cash directly to the courier upon delivery. No advance payment or credit card is required.

6What to do if the package does not arrive

If your package does not arrive within 5 working days from telephone confirmation, contact us immediately at info@dowontec.com, indicating your order number. We will open an investigation with the courier within 24 hours.

7Damaged package

At the time of delivery, please check the integrity of the package. If you notice visible damage:

• You can refuse the delivery and pay nothing
• You can accept it with reservation of inspection on the delivery document

Please report it within 24 hours by emailing info@dowontec.com with photos of the damaged package.

8Unreachable addresses

If the courier cannot complete the delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient absence, you will be contacted to reschedule. If pickup is not arranged within 7 days, the package returns to the sender and the order is cancelled.

9International shipping

We ship to 18 European countries: Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Portugal, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia and the United Kingdom. Times and conditions may vary slightly by destination.
