These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales contracts concluded through dowontec.com between The Lead Empire L.L.C-FZ (the Seller) and customers (Buyers). Submitting an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

Products and prices
Prices on the website are in Euro and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time the order is placed. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price applied is the one displayed at the moment the order is submitted.
Order process
The Buyer places an order by completing the form on the website. The order is confirmed by phone within 24 working hours by one of our operators. Phone confirmation is an integral part of the purchase process.
Payment — Cash on Delivery
Payment is made in cash upon delivery of the product (COD). The Buyer pays the courier directly the full order amount when the package is received. No advance payment is required.
Delivery
Delivery takes place within 24–48 working hours after telephone confirmation of the order. Shipping is free across all served European countries. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the courier or by force majeure events.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable consumer law, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the product, without giving any reason.
The Lead Empire L.L.C-FZ voluntarily extends this period to 30 days.

Legal warranty of conformity
Products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity, where applicable under mandatory consumer law. The warranty covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.
Limitation of liability
The Lead Empire L.L.C-FZ is not liable for damages arising from improper use of products, modifications made by the Buyer, or failure to follow the instructions for use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller’s liability is limited to the order amount.
Governing law and jurisdiction
No exclusive governing law or court is specified in the company information provided for this page. Mandatory consumer protection rules and the jurisdiction rules applicable to the Buyer and Seller remain unaffected.
